At Namo Himalayan Yoga Studio, we care about your experience and aim to provide the best service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Refunds for Classes

  • Offline Classes:
    You can get a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class starts. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
  • Online Classes:
    Refunds are only provided if technical issues prevent you from attending the class.

2. Membership Plans

If you cancel your membership within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a refund. However, partial usage of membership cannot be refunded.

3. Workshops and Special Events

To receive a refund for workshops or events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before they begin. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.

4. Product Purchases

If you buy a product from us, refunds are only available for items that are unused and in their original condition. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email to us at namohimalayanyoga@gmail.com with your booking or purchase details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not available if you miss a class, event, or session due to personal reasons.
  • Requests made after the time frames mentioned above will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official website.
