At Namo Himalayan Yoga Studio, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide clear and simple refund guidelines. Please read this policy carefully to understand our terms.

1. Refunds for Classes

  • Offline Classes:
    Cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
  • Online Classes:
    If technical issues prevent you from attending an online class, you may request a refund.

2. Membership Plans

If you cancel your membership within 7 days of activation, you are eligible for a refund. However, we do not offer refunds for partially used memberships.

3. Workshops and Events

Refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

4. Product Refunds

If you purchase a product, it must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for a refund. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to namohimalayanyoga@gmail.com with your booking or purchase details. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds are provided if you miss a class, session, or event due to personal reasons.
  • Refund requests made after the specified time frames will not be accepted.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review the policy periodically.
